PEP+ reACH offers banks and their large remittance customers a suite of products designed to meet the high demands of a successful lockbox check conversion implementation.
ACH Alliance Solutions - Our structured packages incorporate all aspects of our ACH Solutions (software, personnel, production support and operations management) to meet the requirements of a large ACH originator. Projects for Alliance Solutions partners include system upgrades, platform consolidation, streamlining operations, cost reduction, strengthened market position/profitability and crisis management. Contract duration can range from one to three years.
ACH Professional Services - Our experienced ACH and PEP+ operations and technical consultants can assist you in a number of capacities including PEP+ training, project management/ assistance, operations audits, system fine-tuning, settlement projects, mergers/acquisitions/ divestitures and custom modifications. We can provide these services either on- or off-site. Project duration ranges from one day to 12 months.
Remote Application Management (RAM) - Our RAM solution is designed to transfer the technical aspects of your ACH project to Fiserv, reducing the number of bank resources required to complete the project. We draw on the expertise of our experienced technical resources to compile code, perform testing and install code into the bank's test system – to ensure you have a successful RAM implementation. The bank can then perform any additional testing, including SIT and UAT. We guarantee a delivery date and a fixed price.
